  1. We collect information to stay in touch with blog subscribers. We don’t do anything else with your email address besides alert you about posts and news.

  2. By giving us your email address, you explicitly give consent for us to alert you about blog posts and news.

  3. We only store EMAIL ADDRESSES. Only David Whiteside has access to your data. There are no employees.

  4. If you submit your name or other information along with your email address, it is deleted from our database.

  5. If you subscribe to the websites, or leave COMMENTS on the websites, or take any action besides submitting an email address, WIX may retain your login/password/ID created. Wix is GDPR compliant.

  6. We currently sell nothing, including your email address.

  7. If, in the future, we start selling products or services, you will be asked to opt in or opt out. We will not share your email address with anyone.

  8. We do not “PROFILE” or make automated or “machine made” decisions about processing or using your data. David Whiteside only uses it to send you emails, manually each time.

  9. We will keep your email address on file while our web sites are active, or until you request that we delete or remove it.

What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login, password (ONLY IF YOU CREATE THESE ON OUR SITES); and your e-mail address. If you only provide your email address, so that we may stay in touch with you, that is all we capture and store.


If you provide your NAME along with your email address, it will be deleted.

How do we store, use, share and disclose our site visitors' personal information?

Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to PROVIDE YOU WITH INFORMATION or sell products and services to you. See the section on COOKIES, below.


There is currently no sales function on our sites. IN THE FUTURE, IF WE SELL YOU PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

IN THE FUTURE, IF WE SELL YOU PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, all direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


We do not maintain any “cloud” or internet database that contains your personal information, including email addresses. Some of this information may be retained by Wix if you set up a password or login for blog comments or other functions. Wix is GDPR compliant.


We will only share your information with legal enforcement agencies, according to relevant local regulations, in the appropriate jurisdiction, upon the legitimate application of legal due process. [Note that we are based within the continental United States of America.]


We do not share or sell your information without your explicit consent to any non-Wix vendor or contractor.


We do not gather or store ANY sensitive, criminal, or confidential personal data, including but not limited to:

  • ANY employment related information

Your email addresses are held within an encrypted, firewall-protected database, accessible ONLY BY DAVID WHITESIDE. Backups of your data are PHYSICAL ONLY, there is no backup to the “cloud.”


In the unlikely event of a “data breach” you will be informed using the email address on file, within 72 hours.


By sharing your email with us, you explicitly give your consent that your personal information (that is, your EMAIL ADDRESS and any information you input on our site) may be moved from your country to ours (United States of America). We do not take any action that shares your personal information inside or outside of the United States of America.



How do we communicate with our site visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed (at this time our services are FREE), to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any other agreement we may have with you.
