Heart Disease vs. Nanoparticles

Updated: Oct 16, 2020

Paleo55plus urges you to de-stress. It's cheaper!
Choose one: A) De-stress or B) inject nanobots to prevent heart attacks

A growing number of physicians and scientists no longer believe that dietary fat, including saturated fat (or elevated cholesterol), play a meaningful role in cardiovascular disease.

Some well-intentioned researchers are now exploring a truly novel therapy to reduce the size of pre-existing arterial plaques (the primary culprit in heart attacks)...using injected nanoparticles. Sounds promising but will your insurance company pay for this?

Other researchers propose that these same plaques are STRESS-related (as opposed to cholesterol-related) and that stress reduction techniques could reduce the likelihood of a cardiac episode. (Some insurers may even cover treatment for stress...)

My latest post at the The Paleo Diet website explores these issues:

HEALTHY AGING: Heart Disease, Stress and Nanoparticles.
